Deposit & Reservation Fees

A $100 deposit is required to reserve a kitten.
All deposits are applied toward the total adoption fee.
Deposits are nonrefundable if the purchaser decides to back out for any reason.
Deposits will be refunded in full or transferred to another kitten if:
- The reserved kitten becomes unavailable
- The kitten falls ill

Payments Accepted

Payments accepted through Venmo and CashApp - no fee.

Payment accepted through Stripe, Credit Card, or PayPal are assessed a 3% surcharge.

All of our kittens go home:

Litter box trained
Age-appropriate vaccinations
Comprehensive veterinary exam
TICA registration
Spay/neuter (unless breeding rights purchased)
30 day Trupanion Pet Insurance coverage
Microchip availabe on request (add $35)
Coming Home Bag

Our Policies

To ensure the health, safety, and well-being of our cats and kittens, we maintain strict guidelines for our cattery and adoptions:

Closed Cattery: Our cattery operates within our private home. We do not allow visitors under any circumstances. This policy protects our kittens from exposure to parasites or infectious illnesses that can be carried on shoes, clothing, or hands.
Spay/Neuter Requirement: All kittens will be spayed or neutered and ready to go to their forever homes at 12+ weeks of age.
Indoor-Only Cats: Minuets are indoor-only cats. Buyers must agree not to allow them to roam freely outdoors.
Declawing is Unacceptable: Declawing is never allowed for our adopted kittens.
No Stud Services: We do not provide stud services at this time.
No Caging: Our cats and kittens are never kept in cages. They are free to roam the home 24/7.
No Agents or Brokers: We do not work with agents or brokers.
Resale Policy: Purchasers may never resell our kittens to pet stores or for profit. Kittens must be returned to Seller.
